Guna Yala: Nusagandi Trails

The Nusagandi forest, situated within the Comarca Guna Yala, is one of Panama’s few virgin tropical rainforests. The Nusagandi forms part of the Mesoamerican Biological Corridor, and is home to abundant flora and fauna. Hiking trails within the forest offer access to the area’s majestic natural beauty, and showcase the area’s rich biodiversity.

Activities and Experiences

 - Ina Igar (Medicinal Trail): Learn about traditional Guna medicinal plants.
- Ibe Igar (Waterfall Trail): Hike a magnificent trail that culminates in a 60-meter waterfall. This trail also offers abundant birdwatching opportunities.

one-night trip.)

- Total Duration: Approximately 8-10 hours, including transport.
Overnight options also available.
- Location: 2 hour drive from Panama City.
